In our company’s production plant there is an entire department in which our products are tried and tested. In some cases tests are carried out on the final products, such as strollers which undergo the Rolling Road Test or Curb Test. In other cases the parts of product components, such as wheels or fabrics, are tested. It is a crucial step for the quality of our products, in which we test that all the requirements are fully met.

Could we expect less from our toys? Of course not. There are tests and testing procedures we have prepared for toys and that are carried out directly in the plant. In particular, we have set up a real circuit on which our rechargeable-battery vehicles “travel” for hours and hours. This allows us to check the performance and capacity of the main components, such as the gear motors, the battery and the tire tread. We test acceleration and braking, power going uphill and control during descent.

Trust us – no matter how enthusiastic and wild your children are, it will take them some time to match what we do to our toys every day… It’s obviously worth it, isn’t it?
