All models manufactured from November 2012 onwards are made so that the front bar can be mounted on them.

My Pliko Mini is not so new; can I not mount the front bar?
The front bar can be added to any Pliko Mini. If you have an old stroller, you can use a drill to make some little holes, following the instructions provided in the front bar’s package.

Pliko Mini is also suitable right from birth, thanks to the backrest that reclines to more than 150°. Designed as a lightweight solution and as a stroller for venturing out to explore the world, Pliko Mini has won over many new mothers with its excellent quality.

Pliko Mini provides a suitable restraint system with its five-point seat belts, but from now on it will also be possible for mothers of babies accessorize their beloved Pliko Mini with the standard front bar.

The front bar is not required (Pliko Mini is obviously certified and approved!), but it can be useful for a further guarantee of "restraint", especially for certain age ranges or with particularly lively little ones.

The Pliko Mini foot muff is waterproof, padded and available at the recommended retail price (€20). This soft, enveloping item is padded and has a cocooning effect that protects against the cold, even at very low temperatures. It is suitable from birth because the backrest is reclining (more than 150°). It can be closed easily without bending. This free-standing stroller fits into any boot and leaves room for suitcases, shopping bags, balls, picnic baskets etc.

You will want to take such a versatile stroller everywhere. The central handle can be used to pull the stroller as if it were a suitcase with wheels. Alternatively, you can carry it from the side handle. The stroller’s accessories include the travel bag (for flying).

Pliko Mini is small but extremely easy to push. It has suspensions on the wheels that match the pattern on the fabric – how elegant is that? There are swivelling or locking wheels at the front and a brake on the back ones. The height of the handles is adjustable so that, however tall you are, you can walk comfortably.

Pliko Mini, maxi comfort: the reclining backrest (3 positions) and adjustable foot rest make this stroller perfect for napping – which is not always possible with strollers of this kind. Add the extras – mosquito netting, rain cover, waterproof hood, sun umbrella. Even the five-point safety harness can be adjusted, giving the passenger more freedom to move.

In the 2012 collection this real little “gem” has what can only be considered an amusing, cheerful, contemporary and definitely pop print pattern - comics.

We asked Elisa, the stylist who designed the pattern, a few questions.

Not just plain colours - are mothers ready for a pattern with a strong character?
I think that everybody today needs to be positive and this cheerful pattern brightens the day of the people who buy the stroller.

Why a comic strip pattern? What kind of mothers do you think it will appeal to?
It will appeal to young mothers with character, active mothers who are not afraid to dare and like to be fashionable.

How did the stroller’s pattern come about? Did you make it? What does it represent?
I made it entirely myself. It started a bit as a game but we liked it immediately and really enjoyed drawing it. It pays homage to comic strips and there is a fantastic story in the stroller.

Do you consider it a unisex print pattern or do you think the mothers of boys are more likely to choose it?
We don’t think it is more of a boy’s pattern. We also take into account that this kind of stroller is usually chosen by an older brother or sister. The pattern is striking and certainly does not go unobserved.
