After the presentation of the Book PopUp, the #MammeInPeg day gave us the opportunity to show our guests some of our assembly and production departments.

Our mums, as they later said in their "report", were impressed by the fact that PegPerego has assembly lines and production departments. They saw how our products are assembled and how they are prepared for shipping. They saw the department in which plastic materials are pressed to create the bodies of toys and of car seats. They saw how many moulds we keep because this is the very place we create them in. The tour of the warehouse, in which we store the parts that can be useful for customer assistance purposes, was greatly appreciated as well.

Special mention goes to the enthusiasm of the supervisors who showed us around. It is unusual to find employees who are so happy with their jobs and the company they are working for. When we speak about the great PegPerego family we mean it and we are really pleased that our guests perceived it. Pretty good, right?

We used many words to describe what we discovered, experienced directly and the excitement of entering the "heart" of a company which has "family" as its strong point - in all senses.

In the meantime Michela took part in the #MammeInPeg event and paid close attention during the presentation of the new BookPopUP. There is a special reason for her interest: “I did not leave the house with Ernesto early on because I couldn't work out how to open and close the pushchair!” Michela's blog account is really quite funny and we suggest that you read it in full.

It was not only the Open Doors day for agents and retailers but also the chance to welcome mothers to the Arcore site to meet the great PegPerego family in person.

An all-round guided visit, ranging from the latest innovations to the production lines, in the company of the various PegPerego teams and FattoreMamma and with the special presence of no less than Mr. and Mrs. Perego.

An initiative that we have called #MammeInPeg that we'll be involved in over the coming months (ssshhh…)
