As she was walking through the streets of London, the baby tumbled out of the stroller and fell to the ground, probably because of the poor state of the sidewalk, as the young woman explained on her Twitter profile: "London pavements are so dangerous." She got quite a scare, but fortunately the baby was not injured.

The incident, however, has highlighted another issue related to the safe transport of children: the importance of using seat belts in strollers and in car seats installed on the stroller frame. Rough roads are clearly not an exclusive prerogative of London. On any road, a mother could come across uneven asphalt, potholes or slopes. Some time ago, on our Facebook page, a mother reported the danger posed by uneven cobblestones in her home town. The wheels of the stroller kept getting caught in the gaps between the stones, requiring her to be very cautious. There are countless types of pavement that can pose such problems in Italy.

For those who live in cities, pushing the stroller often involves paying a great deal of attention to double-parked motorcycles, totem display stands, bulky street furniture... At times it is necessary to engage in veritable acrobatics to circumvent obstacles.

In these cases, securing the child with a seatbelt can make all the difference.

The harness is not just useful when the baby is small and tends to lean out or try to get up. The belts are also important in the event of sudden movements and steep slopes, and not just when baby is sleeping.

What, I hear you ask? Book, the stroller that will delight you with its innovative design, refined fabrics, ease of use and compact size.
Book is easy to maneuverer, thanks to its solid height adjustable handle and to its four wheels with 12 ball bearings, for 360° rotation and thirty percent less effort.

Thanks to the innovative book-like closing mechanism, Book opens and closes with one hand, and when closed, it stands up on its own. Furthermore, a convenient handle makes it easily to carry, just like a trolley. It takes up very little space in the car.

Book is available in two versions. The seat on Book faces away from mom while Book Plus has a reversible seat that can face either towards or away from her.
