Her review of our Book Plus  - which you can read here – is detailed and well-structured and includes a video we would like you to see. The review is last year's and meanwhile our Book has evolved to become the favorite PegPerego product among moms all round the world. Janet was long-sighted, was she not?

The video concentrates on how easy our stroller is to fold, on how compact it is when folded and on the fact that it is free-standing. These features have won over many parents, but they are not the only reasons our Book Plus is so widely appreciated.

In Janet's post many other details are skillfully shown, such as the stroller's maneuverability guaranteed by the adjustable handlebar and the wheels with ball bearings.

"Whoever is pushing manages to steer the Book Pop Up easily and, best of all, we can get it into all lifts (something that should not be taken for granted). To crown it all, the Book Pop Up passed the Granny Ornella and Aunt Ing. Giorgia test, an achievement that perhaps only the people who know them can truly appreciate.

We switched to the stroller two months ago and Andrea is very happy because he is bigger than average and was not happy with being stuffed into jackets and suits and then put in the car seat or pram swaddled in blankets. But he is happy in the stroller, and with good reason!"

His peaceful sleep shows how our products allow children to sleep comfortably pretty much anywhere. Let's admit it though - our admiration is all for his mother Francesca and the team that helped her reach this important target. Well done!!

"The first time I went out with Bino was not a stroll, although it was very easy.
We had to return to hospital to check the weight of a little boy who was just over two kilos, so we took a taxi.
Perhaps I should have filmed the taxi driver's expression when, with two simple moves, I removed the bassinet and handed him the chassis to put in the boot, and then again when I got out of the taxi, opened the chassis and put the bassinet on again. And I had been operated 6 days earlier!
 Next I went to my ASL [local health unit] to request a pediatrician and, oh dear, there were about ten steps between us and the desk we needed to reach to apply. Once again, two quick moves was all it took to remove the chassis and go up the stairs with the bassinet in one hand and the chassis in the other.

Every mother knows: theory is one thing and reality is another. Did our Book Pop-Up pass the test of everyday use?

What a wonderful feeling our first outing, Andrea happy as could be in his capsule and I strolling along, leaning on the structure and using the entire structure to transport anything. What a wonderful invention the pram is. Compartments and hooks for transporting and hanging various things, fundamental.

And a baby who is very happy and determined, just like his parents, he is undoubtedly much happier when traveling in his pram/capsule. Long strolls protected from the sun and bad weather, the pram is really light and is incredibly easy to maneuver.

Her last contribution ended with this question: the Pop Up seat can be used facing the mother and facing the world. Which will I choose?
Here's the answer:

“Over the past few months I always kept my eye on Iris and noted, or could predict, what was happening. She was about to fall asleep, to cry, had her hat covering her eyes and so on. When she was facing me I could soothe her if a dog barked or an ambulance went past, stop the little old lady at the supermarket from kissing her and pulling faces. It's great that I can choose her position and this is not just determined by the change from the capsule to the seat."

As Amy explains in the post, it is difficult to decide on a travel system because you are not actually sure yet about what you will need. There are no criteria, which makes it even more difficult to decide. Amy and her husband started by choosing the car seat. For this American family, everything rotates around the car seat and how easy it is to use with the stroller’s chassis. This kind of lifestyle is original, interesting and not really very like our Italian lifestyle.

A car can also be useful when hunting out the unusual and entertaining (an at times essential) aspects of life, and there too it is important to be properly equipped to ensure the passengers' safety.

Do you recognize it? It's our Viaggio 2-3 Surefix, which Mari describes in the post on her blog. Yes, her blog is in German, and yes, you need to speak the language. But if you don't, you can always enjoy Mari's beautiful photographs, a universal language understood by all. We must admit: for us, discovering these reviews around the globe, and entering these virtual homes “inhabited” by our products, is truly exciting.

So don't be put off by the language: I bet you can learn to make pom-poms from Mari, even if you don't speak a word of German!
