On April 16 we celebrated the hundredth anniversary of his birth with a dedicated event, during which we unveiled the magnificent work of art we commissioned and that will welcome all the people who come to visit us in Arcore.

The memorial shows some of the significant moments in the history of our company and in the life of Giuseppe Perego. The founding father is seen working on a draftsman's table, facing away. There are workers in the production plant and two historical images - a pram going up stairs and the first toy car. From now on all our visitors will be welcomed by this panel as they enter and will be reminded of our history of success and commitment.

 It is a 1968 publicity photo showing a mother pushing a pram.

She is framed as she crosses a road, overcoming steps and walking past a car and bus. 
She is very elegant in a simple way, just as the pram is, flawless in its vintage style.

We like this photograph very much because it represents one of our distinguishing features, i.e. our commitment to serving dynamic moms who are in step with the times.
 Of course. Naturally.
"Beautiful" too - did we really need to write it?

Bye bye was an incredibly successful foldable stroller. With its three-position reclining backrest it ensured an entire generation of children had comfortable naps - you may have been one of them :)

Straight out of our digital archives is a photograph of this cute little girl (who is now a woman), a 1960 photo of one of our strollers. Please note how trendy our design and fabric patterns were even then.
